What we want from you:

• Experience with our target demographic is preferable but not a must.

• Finished Mbo level 4 (specialised) Pedagogical employee

• Finished HBO study relevant to the subject, for example pedagogy or psychology

• Passion for the care of children and the ability to support and guide them in reaching full independency and self reliance.

• Teamplayer, caring and flexible

• Interested in a challenging job

• Good social en communicative abilities
  

We offer you:

• A salary according to the CAO disability care in FWG 35/45, with a salary of around € 2338,- to € 3535,- bruto a month at a full time employment (based on a 36 hour work week). Your exact salary is based on experience and worktime;

• A contract for certain time, with an oppurtinity for indefinite time if you show you are qualified;

• A work week of 24-36 hours a week;

• 144 leave hours (based on fulltime) and 57 extra hours in the shape of balance hours;

• 8% holiday pay and a year-end bonus of 8.33%;

• An attractive travel cost compensation with a maximum of 80km return a day;

• A well arranged pension at the fund Zorg en Welzijn;

What are you gonna do?

As supporting group guide you will stimulate children to develop self reliance by empowering them and motivating them to use their strengths, both within the group as with personal goals. You prepare group activities each day, when the children leave you make sure the group space is ready and clean for the next.
