Above SAMA Autism Centrum:

SAMA Autism Center will open in Amstelveen in the spring of 2024 and focuses on treating and guiding children between the ages of 3 and 12 with autism and related disorders. Our center stands for excellent care and innovation, and we believe in a broad approach that pays attention to every child's possibilities.

What will you do:

As a psychology/pedagogy intern, you will be essential in supporting our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to the treatment and guidance of the children.

Your work will include:

• Assisting with group treatments and individual therapies;

• Support in drawing up and monitoring treatment plans;

• Contribute to parent training;

• Creating a pleasant and stimulating environment for our students.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern with:

• A study background in psychology, pedagogy or a similar field at HBO or WO level;

• Passion for the care and support of children with autism and related disorders;

• Minimum Dutch level A2 for non-native speakers;

• A proactive attitude and good communication skills.
